I'm a 25 yr old female w/ Salt-wasting CAH, and was born w/ ambiguous genitalia - I had a few surgeries done, once when I was just 6 mnths, and another when I was 11 years old. I still have not had satisfactory results (some would say that all humans are dissatisfied no matter what) - but really, it's difficult living like this, trying to be as normal as possible, but still realizing that I wasn't born 100% female. Anyway, my question is whether anyone knows of a credible plastic surgeon who can make my vulva look perfectly feminine?
