I have been reading many of your posts. And I am very confused. Years ago I was diagnosed Locah by my endo, but my ginecologist says he is not sure. (Sorry for my english, is not my language)
My tests:
I have it done on the 8th day of my period: 17 OH: 0.94 ng/mL Cortisol: 24.8 mcg/dL
I also have it done on the 18th day of my period: 17 OH: 6 ng/mL Cortisol: 87ng/ml
The problem is that I have read that tests should be done on the first days of your period, but when I did it on the last days of my period my 17OH is very high. My endo told me that a level of 17OH by 6 really confirms that I have Locah. But my testosterone is ok, androstendione ok, my Dheas 842 ng/ml (i don't know if it is ok or not).
Could you please help me? My symptoms are fatigue, seborrea on my face, and hair loss. (this last one is the worse for me, I have been fighting against it since I am 17 years old) I have been since then on Diane35 and finasteride later.
