Thank you very much for your response. The test were done by an endo, three years ago. He didn't do me an ACTH test because he told me he was sure I have locah. He put me on dexametasone 0.25mg during one month. The thing is that I was very well relating to my fatighe. I remember I felt very healthy that month, not feeling tired since the morning and not sleeping many hours, as I have done all my life. But the problem was with my seborrea. When I take diane35 (anticonceptives) my seborrea is better, this is due to it has an antiandrogen. So when I stopped taking diane35 and I was on dexametasone, my seborrea was worse. Maybe is because I was on dexametasone just for one month and I need to be more time on it. I don't know. This Wednesday I'm going to a another endo. Thanks a lot for the information you sent me about your endo, but I live in Spain, Europe. A friend of mine is a doctor and He has recommend me going to an endo. I'm going this wednesday, I will tell you what he thinks.
Maybe you are right about it doesn't matter what day of your period you have the test done. I have read about it here in my country. And probably you are also right about endos and gynos, because the last gyno I visited he told me that 17 OH has nothing to do with cah, he told me it has to do with ovaries.
