hey donna this response is a little late but I was wandering if you might have considered endometriosis as the cause of your painful intercouse? maybe the pain isn't really related to the LOCAH...I've never heard of that being a direct side effect anyway...I could be wrong though. Of what I know about Endometriosis the cells from the uterine wall sometimes branch out and form little cysts or strands outside the uterin wall. They can form on the outside of the uterus, around the anus or around the vaginal wall and stuff so during periods, bowel movements, or intercouse this can cause pain or discomfort. I just thought maybe you should look into that as an option, b/c that seems to be a common cause for painful intercouse.
