The drug I am using has aluminium chloride hexahydrate. A dermatologist precribed it to me. It really works. Before that I was thinking in surgery, botox, etc. And I thought a topical drug couldn't help me. But it works, specially if you use it before going to bed. It says that in the instructions, using it before going to bed. I use it once per week and I don't sweat at all. I have been using it for almost 7 years.
