Hi, I was wondering if I could ask for some advice. I exercise every day. Right now I have been attending the Bar Method every other day and doing cardio in between. To make a long story short I almost passed out from low blood pressure after a Bar Method class. I now take in lots of smart water before I exercise which helps. But I am still having problems with muscle fatigue. I understand that we do not make enough epinephrine which creates problems, and that some with LOCAH might be insulin resistent to an extent. Accordingly, glycogen has a problem entering the muscles. I am not really certain what to do about this (yes, I have increased my dosage of Dex but that does not seem to help). I really need to exercise just to keep sane but I keep getting hit with these boughts of extreme muscle fatigue, dizziness and nausea. Does anyone have any advice?
