Maybe it's common to have a growth on the adrenal during LOCAH, I don't know. I've just started reading about it. But, I was thinking if that growth could happen to be a pheochromocytoma, you wouldn't want to have surgery unless he is premedicated to keep a crisis from happening. That's why I was wondering if their were any hormones being secreted from the tumor.
