I'm not exactly an expert on this, but my doctor diagnosed me solely due to my slightly elevated DHEA levels, combined with my lack of periods (hadn't started by age 16) and acne. PCOS was ruled out because I didn't have any cysts, so I guess that just left LOCAH.  I hope this little bit of information helps.
