There are recent studies showing a decrease in DHEA levels and Anxiety with Dexamethasone in LO-CAH. If you tripled your dose, you might have lowered your dheas and therefore decreased anxiety/depression. I had extreme anxiety as a child and when I am off the dex, .25mg, I experience stress.
