It depends on who's doing the asking. If it's someone I trust, then I go into a bit more explanation of the issues. If it's some random person on the street who stops to ask about why such a little baby has a medicalert bracelet, then I get a little more offended and don't share. It's perfectly fine for you to tell people she's fine, because she is! I agree with that completely, and you're still learning yourself.
