Questions from last Dr. Appointment

My daughter is 18 months old and at her last endo. appointment, the doctor asked me if I noticed our daughter getting more aggressive and violent?! She said most/some kids on steroids will show increased signs of hitting, biting, spitting etc. I never thought I would have to worry about that. At what age might this occur and how to deal with it?
Also, do the CAH kids still need the salt supplement if they are getting salt in their food?
