Our 8 year old SWCAH daughter has never shown any sign of aggression whatsoever. Her 7 year old nonCAH sister is the aggressive one! When she is very tired and rundown she gets very very emotional, teary and everything and everyone in sight irritates her, but she never shows signs of aggression.
With regard to the salt question, we have never given our daughter extra salt, right from birth she just took the florinef. She is given the same foods as everyone else in the family and her food has no salt added. You would be surprised at the amount of salt in everyday foods. Our daughter's endo has always said that she should be able to salt her food if and when she wants, but she has never craved salt or salty foods. From what I can gather though, there are varying degrees of "salt wasting" in CAH people.
