Rebecca--my swcah son, 17 months old, does bite and pinch, but he doesn't seem mad when he does it. In fact he laughs when we show a reaction. He thinks it's funny when he can make the grown-ups react. I would not characterize my son as aggressive, and until now when I read your post, I have not thought of his behavior being related to his CAH.
