Thanks for all your responses. I'm going to ask her endo. next time about the salt. Sometimes I feel as if the doctor just brushes off my questions--but this past time, I asked again if the cortef should be lowered to try and help with weight gain, and she lowered it a bit with instructions to go back in a month for more bloodwork.
I know we're supposed to fight for our kids until they are old enough to do for themselves, but it's hard to *make* doctors do anything when we don't have resources to travel like some others.
