I'm not sure where Rick gets the 1 in 16 chance of a CAH child second time around. As far as I know, with each pregnancy it is a 1 in 4 chance - each and every time that same couple concieve a child. It is the luck of the draw! We played the odds pretty well, our 1st child is SWCAH and our two subsequent children are nonCAH. I was never under the impression that it was unlikely that we would have more CAH children, we always knew it was a real possibility. It is not uncommon for more than 1 CAH child to be born to a couple, there are many people on this board with more than 1 CAH child.
