Hehe, I'll try and explain.
As an event, there is a 1 in 4 chance of a child having CAH.
I think we're all happy with that!
With consecutive probability, the likelihood of a second repeat result is worked out by raising the probability to the power.
e.g. If I flip a coin, I have a 1 in 2 chance that it will be heads - 0.5 in decimal.
If I flip that coin again, I once again have a 1 in 2 chance that it will be heads or tails WHEN CONSIDERED AS A SINGLE EVENT, but the likelihood of 2 heads in a row overall is
