I know  you must feel a little or a lot overwhelmed.  Its good you have found this site.  Hopefully you can turn here for support whenever you need as I have.  You can breastfeed though the first six weeks is a learning period for you and your daughter.  The pills are easy to crush in a pill crusher and dispense as others have said.  The salt is harder to give.  We tried the syringe, but she would gag and throw up and we would both end up crying.  I asked the pharmacies to flavor the liquid salt, but none were able to do it.  I found an old pharmicist who was willing to try , and he made a marshmallow flavored liquid salt.  I would drive 40 minutes to bring him the bottles of salt and he would add the flavor.  I would pump first in the morning a 6 ounce bottle.  and divide this up over the day.  4 mls 3 times a day was her dose.  Eventually we had it down to 1 ounce bottle of breastmilk with 4 mls of liquid salt, and than I would nurse.  She would even drink the bottle cold as she got older.  Use an orhodontic nipple to avoid nipple confusion.  I guess you could use formula for the salt feed and nurse as well.  It will be hard in the beginning, but get support and you can do it.  Breastmilk is the perfect food especially for a CAH baby.  That said, lotts of CAH babies have formula and turn out fine.
