re: re: Any CAHer have any surgery with slow recovery?

I do think I remember reading about cortisol having a lot to do with healing broken bones and the like.  I know that they told us he was in a coma for 21 days when he was born because he was having such a tough time fighting off the group B strep infection he caught during birth.

I never thought I could feel as helpless and anxious as I did when we were first told that our little boy had CAH but here we go again!!!

Please keep praying that his nerves mend and he can just be a "normal" little boy again.

How do you like that, I never thought I'd be wishing that Ryan only had CAH..how life can turn on a dime!!JJ
