My NCAH daughter had a major problem with sweating since she was about 9. She is now 13. Under arm, hands, feet, face, everywhere. It made her very self-conscience. We finally asked her endo if there was anything to help control the sweating. He gave her a prescription for Drysol. It is the anti perspirant in high levels, without the deodorant. It is used for a few nights before bed, and then only as needed after that. After the first two applications, she did not sweat at all. Now we only use it once every couple of months if she starts noticing sweating again. This stuff was amazing!!!! It shrinks the sweat glands but it is perfectly safe. She does say it burns for a short time after applying it. She went from never doing anything active for fear of being teased because of the sweating, to playing and running, with no sweat.
If you want to minimize the sweating, this is a definate to ask for.
