I have been on 0.25 mg of dex for a while now and my doctor has told me that I need to take it as late as possible to surpress some kind of androgen rush that hapens 2 in the morning. However when I take dex late it keeps me from sleeping. Lately I have been taking it at 4-5 in the afternoon and I sleep better. However I dont know If taking the dex this early is helping with supressing my adrenals when it is most necessary, around 2 AM. What can anyone tell me about this?
