This may be a silly thing that Im about to say. When I went on holiday without my meds I just thought 'oh well nothing I can do now' and carried on with my holiday and just carried on taking them when I got back (fludro and prednisolone). I felt the same, I didn't stress out about it or anything. Maybe coz Im on such a low dose of steroids it didn't effect me like it may of if i was on a higher dose.
