I do know someone with Simple Virilizing CAH that doesn't take cortisones.
This persons excessive androgens make her present as a male which was desired. I think the person may take cortisone for surgeries or for being really ill.
But also there are medical issues of tumors because the pituatary doesn't like the adrenal gland that doesn't have cortisol or our cortisol.
