i do not have cah but i always had severe periods and pain. my mother did not put me on birth control but when i was older to see the doctor i put myself on and it was amazing how it helped. i am now 30 and i took myself off birth control because i don't need it and my periods are getting so bad again so i think i might reconsider that (lol). anyways my cah daughter is only 2 so i don't know from experience but you should take her in and maybe consider birth control because it helped so much.
