I know smoking is bad for you in general but is it harder on CAHers than on those w/out CAH? I smoke at least 1/2 pk/day, sometimes more. Can't seem to break the habit. Took the $200/month pills. Didn't work. Neither do patches, gum, etc. Any other SWCAHers out there smoke and/or know if it's worse on us than others?
