My post was never meant to offend anyone or any decisions they made. I am giving my first hand experience.  Parents need to know that having your genitals "corrected" as a child can have long lasting consequences. And doctors are not always as educated as you might think they should be when it comes to this procedure. Just let your child grow up with what they have and let them make the decision as an adult about how they want their genitals to appear.
