I have had every vaccine available, as soon as it was made available to me. The steroids you take for CAH are replacement, not additional, which is a key difference to what is referred to in vaccine warnings. I don't *think*, although I'm not 100% certain, that there is any evidence showing the immune system gets suppressed with CAH or its treatment, but it IS fact that people with CAH will have a tougher time when sick, due to cortisol requirements.
My personal preference would be to get all the jabs as soon as is normal, it made no difference to me and I experienced no side effects :).
The bottom line though is the same as normal, should you need medical advice about your CAH, your best source is your endocrinologist.
