re: Introducing myself

Hi and Welcome!

While I am not trying to get pregnant yet, when I started coming to this board I had a lot of questions about becoming pregnant because an endo in vt had told me it was dounbtful, which was incredibly devestating to me. My gyn said without a complete and overly through exam, how could they say that. She told me you never know if you can get pregnant until you and your partner start trying. a bunch of endos here in ny (where I am now living) agreed and said many women with cah of all differnent kinds have children.

I joined CARES this fall and they gave me a lot of information about having children which was very encouaging. When you sign up to be on the mailing lists, they ask you what you are interesting in knowing. They can also refer you to reproductive endos if you want. Plus, there are many women with cah, swcah, and ncah (which is what I have) that have had children.

Again, welcome to the board and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Jess
