re: re: Cystoscopy on a 10 month old

Cytoscopy is painful, so make sure your kid will be under anesthesia.  My guess is you need a better urologist who knows enough about cah to do a visual exam and make an educated guess anout high or low vagina  on the inside.  If you are planning surgery, an experienced surgeon will do a sinogram or cytoscopy at the beginning of the surgery to see what he or she is dealing with.  Your child will already be under.  I say the less procedures, the better.  I know you want what is best for your baby.  How many genital reconstructive surgeries on girls with cah does your urologist do every year?  Just make sure the doctors aren't" researching "a rare congenital disorder on your child.  Be carefull, and I wish you and your daughter the best.
