Hi!  you did not mention how it is that you are administering the medication to your toddler.  I assume you are mixing  tablets  with water and then giving it to her with a syringe....???

Well when my child was about the same age as yours I started to give her the tablet and make her drink water to swallow it.  If you feel this would be safe to try with your child you could give it a go.  My child has been taking her medication like this for three years now ....no problem!  But always make sure you check that the tablet has gone down!
