Our 3 yr old son has SWCAH when he was first diagnosed I said no way are we having any more children, my O.B. even recommended not having anymore and our first ped. endo made me feel the same way. We then found another endo who told me if you want more children don't let CAH stand in your way, he told me CAH is very managable. Now 3yrs later we have a 4 month old little girl and it was definately worth it. Our decision definately took time we thaught of all our options including adoption, sperm donors, and of course concieving on our own we chose the 3rd option after all we already know how to deal with CAH. No matter what you decide give yourself time and let yourselves make the decision.
