Having a deep voice is well known as a symptom of excess androgens. In CAH it COULD mean that your hormones are not under good control. My daughter, who does have excess androgens, has had a low voice since puberty and people have commented on how mature she sounds. People always mistake us on the phone--she's a teenager and I'm over 50 (and I'm a low alto/tenor, too, Megan).
