Good luck with that one no-one has been able to give me a list and thats all i needed to help give my kids the best chance,you get thrown into this world of CAH and when you dont know about it and you mess up something its a horrible feeling we to found out the hard way on a long trip our girls did not cope with the trip and ended up ill for some days after the trip we got told of by our endo, which he later apologised and said we were not to no, this just wasnt good enough there needs to be a list available but good luck.
