re: Adding salt to bottles Mar. 10th, 2008 10:34am
I know this sounds strange, but your post makes me smile. My little girl is 13 months old SWCAH. She used to do the exact same thing with her "salty milk" bottles, and reading your post makes it feel like forever ago (so it does get better). I would spend up to 3 hours trying to get her to drink a 4 oz bottle. I don't know if I have an answer for you, but I do want you to know you are not alone. I used to cry because I would freak out that she wasn't taking her sodium bottles. I know they say to split it into 3 doses, we were told that as long as she gets the sodium is doesn't have to be at those exact times. I would try to split it more, not just 3 doses, make it 6 smaller doses. Good luck and know that it won't be long before you are looking back at this time. Things get SO much easier!!! Let me know how it goes!
