re: re: Adding salt to bottles Mar. 10th, 2008 10:49am
I have never heard of adding salt to the bottles. I am a 28 year old lady with a mild case of CAH and was born with it. As far as I know I my mother never put salt in my water. But I do recall being on 'salt pills', as we called them. My pharmacy would crush my pills and put them in a liquid solution that tasted sweet, thats all I remember as a little girl. Then when I was old enough I would just take the tablets three times a day, my steriod that is. The salt pills didnt last long. The doctor just told me if I find I am adding salt to my food, to go ahead and put it on, as my body needs it. Now I rarely put salt on my food. I wonder why?
