A "list" would be great, as long as it was a general list. I mean, not all kids are going to fit the "mold" that a list would create. For example, my daughter doesn't require an increased dose for longer car trips, so double or triple dosing her for that would be unnecessary. So what works for some may not work for others.
It would be great to just have a list though, and be able to point to something and say "this is what I need to do!" Unfortunately, I think we all have to learn along the way what works best for each situation.
