I don't believe in the whole 'milk builds strong bones'... cows don't need milk (after weaning) to build their big strong bones, so why should we? Americans consume more milk than almost any other country, yet we still have the highest rates of osteoporosis...while other countries who eat almost no dairy products have little cases of osteoporosis....coincidence? I also believe that milk products can cause way more problems than it's said to help prevent...not many people believe this because they've been told their entire lives that milk is perfect...here's a little something to read about it..
