I echo everything Laura said.

My daughter will be eleven next month, has SWCAH and is doing wonderfully! She is active in sports, has many friends, and loves to give me a hard time! : )

I have never heard of babies developing breasts, it really doesn't sound right. I encourage you to make sure to ask questions if something doesn't sound right. That is the only way to get the real answers and thought process behind your doctors evaluation. I can tell you my non-CAH son, who is two, is my "chunky monkey." He loves food and is on the high side of normal when it comes to weight. Before he started walking he carried most of his weight in his chest and belly. Could this be something your doctor is referring to?

You are showing your passion for your children just by being on this message board. Try to keep a positive outlook during those dark times, and just KNOW it does get better and better.

God Bless,

Katrina
