My daughter who has SWCAH is always hot. At night she wears just a tshirt, even in the winter. She sweats in any weather in long sleeves and gets very sweatty in the summertime. Most of the time she won't use her blankets at night, even when her and her brothers room is quite chilly.
I don't know for sure if it's over/under supression. My daughter has never had problems with that. It might just be the CAH.
