I echo everything Audra said about Dr. Rink. My daughter had surgery almost 10 years ago, and he and his staff are amazing. I have also heard many great things about Dr. Poppas.
It looks as though you also received valuable information in the post from 2 and others who had different names of doctors to offer. I would contact all of the above, research each of them, and consider the facilities they are associated with. Of course, you want someone who is known for this type of procedure, but I feel it is just as important to find someone and someplace you and your daughter will be comfortable with as she matures.
