re: re: Moodiness in babies with CAH
Mar. 17th, 2008   6:24pm
Hi, my little miss as we call her is only 5 mths and is already challenging to say the least.  We asked her endo if it was her meds (understanding that we were only replacing what was not there) and he said it wasnt anything to do with CAH. We went to the peadiatrician he said she had an intollerance to the cows milk based formula she was having and should have goats milk base instead. We went ot one of those family help centres where you stay for a week and they help you sort out your kids, but they said they couldnt help us either. She is still such a drama queen who wants to stay awake crying all day and night no matter what we do for her. My 2yo son is so relaxed and happy (he wasnt when he was a baby- we thought he was bad but compared to my daughter he was really good). Im glad to know were not the only ones wondering what on earth is going on with their little munchkins also. Every one told me it was easier the second time around, Im not so sure they were right! Good luck to every one!
lisa
