Hi Tracy, I'm interested in how someone would know that they have an adrenal issue that stems from the ovaries. Do you have any information on this? My daughter has symptoms of LOCAH but stim test was in the carrier range and genetic testing was negative, like you. She does not fit the typical PCOS profile at all (is thin, not insulin resistant, has very light periods) and does seem to have adrenal issues (tired all the time, low blood sodium, high urine sodium, low BP). Would love to get an accurate diagnosis and treatment. Thanks for any info.
Kat
