A-my daughter was 2. She was not that "bad" either-we did know she was a girl when born. But she clearly needed surgery to be "normal" in the genital area. It was a hard decision to make, but our endo was very supportive and reccommended some surgeons to choose from. I even called the Magic Foundation for support, and spoke to someone who had been through it with their daughter. I am happy to answer emails or calls. My daughter is 11 now, with SWCAH. Good luck.
