Have you undergone or are you considering prenatal treatment for CAH?
Mar. 25th, 2008   12:48am

CARES Foundation has been approached by a highly respected national newspaper known for quality reporting and excellent journalism to assist them in connecting with families who have or are considering prenatal treatment for CAH for a story they are doing on prenatal treatment.

While they have assured us sensitive, non-judgmental coverage of this issue, they have stipulated that they only wish to speak with individuals/families who are willing to share their story including their full names – in other words no anonymity.

Do you have a compelling story to tell such as:

-                     Struggling with the decision to under-go prenatal treatment;

-                     Disagreeing with your partner on how to proceed;

-                     Having an exceptionally bad/good experience with prenatal treatment; or

-                     Being affected by NCAH and placed on dexamethasone during pregnancy when there was no reason to do so.

If so and you would be interested in sharing your story, please contact me at gretchen@caresfoundation.org.
