Hi again Lynne, my youngest who is 9 now had a vaginalplasty when she was 15mths old it took more than 5 hours and she took her first steps the next day, she was in hospital for 5 days.
But it depends on how much surgery they have to do, they told us 1-7 hours they just didnt know until they got in there and relized what had to be done there was more surgery needed than thay first thought, and another to come.
