re: planning to be a parent again

Congratulations!! Things seem a bit different wherever you go: we live in Canada, and I was instructed to keep a supply of dexamethasone with me (since we had chosen to take the treatment beforehand), and to start taking it as soon as I missed my period! I did so, and must tell you that I ended up having to take it all the way through my pregnancy (well, until week 36) as my daughter has SWCAH. It did EXACTLY what it was supposed to! She had no abnormalities with her genitals or urinary tract at birth, and did not need any surgery (nor will she need any). God's blessings to you and your family!
