Hey all,
Its that time around my house. My 26 month old Grace (who has SWCAH) decided that she wants to potty train herself. Its been going alright, but lately she's been grabbing at her private parts and saying oweee. I don't see signs of infection or anything down there and she's not running a fever. I am sure that I wipe her from front to back as well. Is this a common thing for girls that are post op and have swcah. AND is there anyone out there with advice on how to succesfully do this?
