For the last 3 months i have been suffering from headaches almost daily that get to the point where i quite honestly want to scream as they can get so painful. I've visited the doctor several times, my endo, ENT specialist, optician and anyone really with an understanding in causes of headaches. I'm soon to be taking my GCSE exams as people know from previous stress related posts. My stress hasn't been sorted out as it's got to the point where they're saying that I'm far too conscientious and my personality is making me stressed and they can't change who i am. However, putting the stress aside, i was wondering whether anyone with CAH could possibly recommend any 'over the counter' headache medication? Paracetamol and Nurofen don't touch my headaches at all and as i don't like to take medication unnecessarily, i would really appreciate any advice as trying to revise with a headache really isn't the best method of remembering things! Also the topic of raising medication in times of stress doesn't apply for psychological stress, only physical my doctor told me, especially with the fact that my levels are like a time bomb!(any slight alterations seem to make them go mad).
