My daughter is 5 with SWCAH. She had surgery when she was 13 months. Occasionally she will come to be and tell me either her private parts hurt or they itch. Her pediatrition has said that it might be something with the change in the flora?? in that area. Or maybe she's not wiping properly and things are getting irritated.
She prescribes Greer's Goo, and says if it doesn't give her relief in about 5 days to come back.
