Congratulations on the birth of your new baby girl!!!

I have a 9 week old (born 2/11/08) baby boy SWCAH.  I was also worried about having him around sick people.  At discharge from his birth I was told to take him home and keep him there due to flu season.  Then 2 days later (5 days old) he was diagnosed and very sick.  So after exposure to two busy emergency departments and one week-long hospital stay, he has been relatively healthy.  I am also a clinical nursing instructor for RN students at a local community college, so I surely am exposed to many viruses and organisms.  I just make it a routine to wash hands well, use chlorox wipes on everything, and I limit who is touching and handling him.

What meds does your daughter use?  My son is on Florinef 0.1mg twice a day, Hydrocortisone 2mg four times a day, and sodium chloride 24% 3.8ml three times a day.  We have alot of difficulty getting him to take the sodium.  I usually give it to him straight because whenever I attempt at putting it in a bottle he rejects the formula.  I use a "monoject" syringe and squirt it in the back of his mouth (he does attempt to spit it out).  What meds is your daughter on?  What methods work for you?

Has your daughter had her 2 mos vaccines?  Sean gets his on Wednesday, and I am nervous?
