I give both of my children a whole tablet of Florinef in the morning, but I used to give it half in morning and half in evening as instructed by my old endo (we moved) and the new endo switched to all in mrning. My 14 month old pees so much over night that he goes through his diaper alot too and he gets his Florinef all in the morning now so I'm not sure if it will matter or not. But there were still the overnight accidents when they were splitting it up half and half. Does she still get a bottle right before bed time cause you could try to stop that routine now that she's old enough or you could buy the overnight diapers that hold more and can cause less accidents. The overnight diapers have helped ALOT. I know waking them up to change the diaper is not fun cause sometimes they won't go back to sleep for awhile. Hope this helps, good luck my dear.
